Refund policy
We hope that you love the products you order, however if for some reason you are unhappy, please contact us directly by emailing cooriehomeco@gmail.com, via Instagram or our Facebook page, letting us know the reasons you wish to return your order.
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in a re-saleable condition, sealed, and not damaged.
We are unable to refund your original postage costs, and the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
